The hotel has a convenient location right on the beach with beautiful views, close to Acapulco's party scene. The rooms were not well-maintained, showing signs of aging and in need of urgent improvement. The service was attentive and helpful, except for one receptionist. The dining experience offered a good variety of delicious dishes. The pool area was awesome, providing a relaxing atmosphere. However, finding better dining options around the hotel was suggested.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad. On the positive side, the rooms are big and clean with a very basic design, the pool with a swim-up bar is awesome, and having beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas included in the price was convenient. However, the beach and pool areas were also described as basic. On the downside, the rooms were reported to be cold. The staff provided very nice service overall, but there were some lapses, like not getting information about certain facilities and not being told about amenities off the hotel premises. The location was central and convenient, offering views of the beach and good access to bars and restaurants, but it was also noted to be not very clean. The dining experience was highly praised for its delicious variety of dishes, but guests felt that they could find better options at restaurants outside the hotel.
